Provides a strong adhesive bond to difficult substrates eg smooth dense masonry, cement sheet. Easy to use – just add water – and offering excellent abrasion resistance, it can be used as a base coat render over previously painted walls. The application of Keycote is best done by an experienced and skilled applicator as it is a specialist procedure. It must be left to cure for a minimum of 48 hours before over coating.

Suitable: Especially suited as a strong adhesive bond to difficult substrate surfaces such as smooth masonry, off form concrete and cement sheet. For interior or exterior use.
Application: Apply with a trowel One coat min1.4mm – max 3mm thick.  Application is not recommended in a single coat greater than 3mm thick. NOTE: Application is a specialist procedure.
Drying: 4-8 hours
Curing Time: Once initial dry set has occurred, re-wet 1 – 2 times a day with clean water for 1 day
Coverage: One coat 1.4mm thick. 20kg=10m2
Coats: suitable for multiple coat application
