Water based clear finishes can be used to seal both timber and concrete floors. They are slightly more resilient to water and stains than oil finishes, though not as easy to repair once scratched and worn.
The ones we carry are all single pack finishes, easy to use, with no wastage of product due to limited "pot life". They conform to the high standards of appearance and durability we have for all products we sell.
